What’s under your skin, is it Love, Joy, Peace, Patience?��In this week’s message, guest Pastor Robert Cowan reminds us that kindness is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit and that when we follow Jesus in showing kindness to others and do so in His name, it expands our meaning for living. We are encouraged to use the gifts of the Holy Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control as a lens to examine our walk with God.

RESPONSE TO THE MESSAGE:

• I repent of my sins and I will listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.
• Take the Peel Challenge. Receive a daily Scripture verse and an exercise on love, joy, peace and the other fruit of the Spirit. Try to "exercise" 3 times a week!
